Pricing & Payment 

Callout and Completed Repair, all White Goods Appliances , Built in or Free Standing:  £65  (Charged Once) 

Callout and Completed Repair charge, Gas Appliances:  £75  (Charged Once) 

Spare parts, where required, are charged in addition to the call out and repair fee.  
Where needed, spare parts will be quoted and added to the call-out and repair fee. Once the repair is completed, we will take payment unless a part needs to be ordered and a revisit is required. In this case, we will request payment before ordering. If you decide not to go ahead with a repair, or we cannot repair the appliance, the call-out fee will be due at the end of the visit.

As soon as you book online, you’ll get an email to confirm your appointment date. There may be times we need to contact you if we need more information about the fault or repair.

Give us a call so we can talk through your problem and get you booked in. Occasionally, we might be busy repairing appliances and unable to answer your call. If we are unavailable, please leave a message, and we will call you back asap. 
However you choose to get in touch, you’ll always get a text and email confirming your appointment. You can also change your appointment, track your repair, and add additional information.

For peace of mind, we’ll text you and email you the day before to confirm your appointment time. 
We always try to work around our customers, so if anything has changed and you need to amend your appointment, please call us to rearrange. 
To ensure everything works like clockwork, we’ll call you half an hour before we visit to check you are home.

Step 3  We will arrive 

When we get to you, we’ll show you our professional ID card for complete peace of mind. We also use protective equipment, including shoe covers and gloves, to keep your premises clean and safe while we work. 
Once we’ve discussed the issue with you, we’ll assess the fault, carry out our electrical tests, and attempt to repair the product. 
If we’ve successfully repaired the appliance, we’ll tell you exactly what we’ve done, and if we need to come back, we’ll arrange a suitable date and time.
